Contact & corrections

Found a wrong address, an out-of-date phone number, or a pharmacy that has permanently closed? Here is how to flag it.

Submit a correction

The most useful corrections include three things: the URL of the page you are looking at, the field you believe is wrong, and the correct value (with a source if you have one). For permanent closures, a date is helpful; for hour changes, screenshots from the chain's official store-locator are ideal. Please send corrections to hello@pharmacyhours.example with the subject line "Correction: [store name + city]".

Add a missing pharmacy

If you know of a pharmacy that is missing from our directory, the most efficient long-term fix is usually to add the store to OpenStreetMap (OSM) directly. OSM is a public, community-maintained map of the world, and our directory ingests pharmacy nodes from it on a refresh cycle. The OSM wiki has a friendly beginner's guide; tag the new location with amenity=pharmacy, a name, ideally a brand, and an opening_hours string in the standard OSM format, and it will flow through to our site at the next refresh.

If contributing to OSM directly is not for you, send the same details by email and we will add it on your behalf at the next refresh.

Report an incorrect open/closed indicator

Each location page shows a live "open now" or "closed now" tag based on the parsed opening hours and your local time. If a store is currently open but the page is showing "closed", the most likely cause is that the underlying opening_hours string in our source data is incomplete or formatted in a way our parser does not yet handle. If you spot this, a quick email with the page URL and the actual hours of the store helps us improve both the data and the parser.
